Our Location

  • Newburyport has an active waterfront and examples of historic architecture that have been restored and adapted for contemporary use. Its walkable downtown and adjacent neighborhoods provide a living lab for our work and examples to discuss with our clients. We appreciate being in a region that includes city, suburbs, and rural environments within a short distance of where we work. Newburyport’s location near I-95, I-495, and Routes 1 and 1A also allows easy access to our clients.

  • Our office is on the second floor of a building built in 1850 and was originally a rum warehouse. We are next to Waterfront Park* – perfect for lunch on a nice day! – and use the Clipper City Rail Trail and Harborwalk for walk-and-talk meetings. The office is surrounded by restaurants and is less than a ten-minute walk from two independent bookstores and a bicycle shop.

*The City of Newburyport is expanding the park for greater waterfront access.

  • The MEVA bus stop (connecting to Amesbury) is less than a three-minute walk from the office and next to the City’s parking garage. Other parking is available in the Waterfront lots (temporarily under construction) and the Green Street lot on the other side of Merrimac Street. The City accepts the Passport Parking app.

We are less than a ½-hour walk (or a 9-minute bicycle ride) from the Newburyport commuter rail stop via the Clipper City Rail Trail.
